“If your body isn’t doing this and you’re not doing it, you’re encouraging health issues in your body. It’s easy,” said Axe. (And it’s true even if you drop weight initially.) “If you’re only going to eat bacon and butter,” added Axe, “I’d prefer you to not follow the keto diet in the first place.”
