In such conditions dark chocolate is very helpful. According to some researchers , eating dark chocolates can change the brain wave frequency.

 

Dark chocolates contain high concentration of cacco( minimum 70%,30% of organic cane sugar) which is extremely beneficial in reducing stress level,inflammation , mood,memory and immunity.

 

A study found that eating dark chocolates everyday for two weeks can lower the level of stress hormones . It mainly happens in people who are highly stressed.

 

Researchers also found that candy bars (1.4 ounces ) reduces the level of cortisol and catecholamines. These two hormones are highly responsible for stress in people.

 

To prove this theory , a clinical trial was done. In this test, the subject ate 1.4 ounces (40gm) dark chocolates or a small sized Hershey’s bar. The bar contains 1.55 ounces(44g).

 

The urine and blood plasma sample of the subject was collected at the beginning, half way through and at the end. After two weeks of study the doctor found a low level of cortisol(stress hormone) in the subject’s body.  

 

Milk

 

Milk is a very nutritious, calcium rich food helps to reduce depression. It is an essential part of a healthy diet. Sipping a glass of warm milk before going to bed helps in mood stabilization. It also relaxes your muscles and ultimately gives your relieving effect. 

 

Milk has a protein called lactium. Lactium makes your body strong to fight against the stress. Also it helps in lowering the blood pressure level, reducing the cortisol level, heart diseases and  depression.
